Our Project
The BRIDGES Project is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at improving the skills and employability of young learners through innovative Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs. Focused on the tourism sector, BRIDGES introduces tailored Pre-apprenticeship Programs (PaPs) that provide hands-on training, equipping learners with industry-relevant skills.
By engaging employers and partnering with VET providers, BRIDGES ensures that education and training are directly aligned with labor market needs. The project also invests in training educators, empowering them to deliver high-quality, practical apprenticeship experiences. With a focus on building strong connections between education and the workforce, BRIDGES supports the creation of sustainable career opportunities for young people.
Through international collaboration across six countries, BRIDGES fosters global learning exchanges, sharing best practices in vocational education and enhancing the capacity of VET systems worldwide.
