The BRIDGES project aims to enhance the employability of VET learners by providing industry-relevant skills through innovative Pre-apprenticeship Programs, particularly in the tourism sector. By engaging employers and training educators, the project fosters stronger connections between VET providers and the labor market, ensuring that training aligns with real-world demands. BRIDGES also supports long-term workforce development, preparing learners for sustainable careers, and promotes global collaboration across six countries to share best practices in vocational education.
