The Factory Learning Hub (FLH), developed within the BRIDGES project, is an innovative simulation-based training model that brings vocational education to life. By replicating real workplace scenarios in the tourism sector, the FLH helps learners step into professional roles, solve real challenges, and build the skills employers value most.

To support trainers and VET providers in implementing this approach, two key resources are available:

🎭 Role-Playing Cards (Printable Version) – A ready-to-use toolkit that assigns learners authentic professional roles — from travel agents and receptionists to event coordinators — allowing them to practise real-world tasks and develop essential competences.
